Polenta bramata is without gluten and allergens, handcrafted by the Molino Riva company that has been handing down traditional recipes for over 100 years. Preparation: pour the flour a little at a time (sprinkling) into about 3 liters of salted water just before boiling. Cook for about 20/30 minutes, stirring slowly, always in the same direction. This polenta is perfect with porcini mushrooms or with meat sauce.
