Moliterno is a cheese imported from Sardinia which is renowned for its sheep milk cheeses due to its terrain and pastures which the Ewes feed on. Moliterno is a rich mature Sheep's milk cheese with creamy and sweet under tones.
Semi-hard or hard sheep's milk cheese, table or grater. The pasta is white, the rind shows the typical signs of the rattan basket and finally the "Central" mark on all shapes guarantees its quality.
