Products, prices, promotions, shipping rates, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

If a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, incorrectly described, or otherwise unable to be fulfilled, we may cancel the item or order and issue a refund.

3. Food Products, Ingredients, Allergens & Customer Responsibility

Becro Food & Beverage Inc. sells food and beverage products that may contain or come into contact with allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, fish, shellfish, and other allergens.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product labels, ingredients, allergen statements, storage instructions, expiration dates, and manufacturer information before consuming any product.

Product labels and packaging may change from time to time. The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and should not replace the information printed on the product label.

Becro Food & Beverage Inc. is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, illness, misuse, improper storage, improper handling, or consumption of products contrary to label instructions.

4. Perishable Products & Temperature-Sensitive Items

Some products sold by Becro Food & Beverage Inc. are perishable, refrigerated, frozen, or temperature-sensitive. These products may require prompt receipt, refrigeration, freezing, or proper storage upon delivery.

By purchasing perishable or temperature-sensitive products, you agree that:

You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address.

You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the package on the delivery date.

You are responsible for promptly opening, inspecting, and properly storing products upon delivery.

Delivery delays, missed deliveries, incorrect addresses, failure to retrieve a package, or packages left unattended may affect product condition.

Once a perishable product is delivered to the address provided at checkout, Becro Food & Beverage Inc. is not responsible for spoilage, melting, temperature changes, or product deterioration caused by customer unavailability, incorrect shipping information, carrier delays, weather, or failure to store the product properly.

5. Orders, Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, email, and contact information for all purchases.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, returned packages, or product damage caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to modify, redirect, cancel, or hold the shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, suspicious, excessive, placed by resellers, or placed in violation of these terms.

6. Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, service level, weight, dimensions, product type, and carrier availability.

Shipping options and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Transit times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Our warehouse generally ships orders during standard business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Perishable items may be shipped only on certain days of the week to help reduce the risk of weekend delays.

We may hold or delay shipment of perishable products at our discretion if we believe shipping conditions may compromise product quality.

7. Delivery, Tracking & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive tracking information when available.

Risk of delay, loss, theft, damage, or failed delivery may transfer to the carrier once the package is accepted for shipment, except where prohibited by law.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should first contact the carrier and check the delivery location, building, mailbox, reception area, neighbors, or other secure delivery points.

Becro Food & Beverage Inc. may assist with carrier claims where appropriate, but we do not guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked delivered.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect all orders immediately upon delivery.

Any claim for damaged, missing, incorrect, spoiled, or defective items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery for perishable products and within 3 days of delivery for non-perishable products.

To review a claim, we may require:

Order number
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
Photos of the shipping label
Description of the issue
Confirmation of delivery date and storage conditions

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a refund, store credit, replacement, partial refund, or other resolution at our sole discretion.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of food products, perishable products, refrigerated products, frozen products, and consumable goods, many items may not be eligible for return once shipped or delivered.

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds, replacements, or credits are issued at our sole discretion and in accordance with our Return Policy.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, products purchased from Becro Food & Beverage Inc. are intended for personal or business use by the purchaser and may not be repackaged, relabeled, modified, resold, exported, or redistributed in violation of applicable law.

Wholesale, restaurant, retailer, and commercial customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including labeling, storage, food safety, resale, tax, and regulatory requirements.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders that appear to be intended for unauthorized resale or distribution.

13. Taxes

Applicable sales tax, if any, will be calculated and collected at checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable law.

Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, or charges that may apply to their purchase, except where collected by Becro Food & Beverage Inc. at checkout.
