The Original Pavesini Italian Cookies are produced by Pavesi since 1948, initially called "Biscottini di Novara". Since the beginning, the promotion of Pavesini has always been focused on the lightness of the product, therefore particularly suitable for children. The recipe calls for the use of sugar, wheat flour, eggs, raising agents (ammonium carbonate, sodium carbonate), caramelized sugar and vanillin flavor.
