First bottle: "LORENZO N ° 1" Monocultivar Cerasuola - This monocultivar of "Cerasuola" obtained from Sicilian olives in the D.O.P. Trapanesi Valleys, one of the most prestigious D.O.P. Sicilian, offers an extra virgin with an intense fruity aroma with the typical fragrance reminiscent of fresh fruit and a pleasant almond aftertaste. Second bottle: "LORENZO N ° 3" Monocultivar Biancolilla - Produced from “Biancolilla” olives, from Sicilian agriculture. The "Biancolilla" at these altitudes expresses the maximum content in aromatic substances and polyphenols. The result is an oil of great harmony, with an almondy and balanced fruitiness, to be combined with all vegetables or fresh cheeses. 
Third bottle: "LORENZO N ° 5" Produced from "Nocellara" olives - This monocultivar produced with green olives of the variety “Nocellara”, cultivated in the high hills and carefully pitted, gives life to an oil with a faint scent and a sweet and delicate taste with a particular density.
